What is Leadership Heartset — and how does it differ from classic leadership training?

Ich arbeite mit dem ganzen Spektrum klassischer Führungsarbeit – Strategie, Skills, fundierte Mindsetarbeit. Was ich ergänze, ist eine entscheidende Ebene: das Herz. Neben der strategischen Ausrichtung entwickle ich gezielt emotionale Intelligenz, Präsenz und Resonanz – die Fähigkeit, Menschen wirklich zu spüren und zu erreichen. Mindset schafft Strategie und Ausrichtung. Heartset schafft Tiefe und Verbindung.

Who is this for?

Für Führungskräfte und Organisationen mit einer gewissen Reife und Erfahrung in der Führungskräfteentwicklung: für alle, die sich bereits mit sich selbst und ihrer Führungsrolle auseinandergesetzt haben, die Grundlagen kennen – und spüren, dass Tools und Strategie allein nicht mehr reichen. Für die Entscheidung, eine Führungskultur zu gestalten, die tiefer gehen darf – aus der Entwicklung, Motivation und echte Wertschätzung wirklich wachsen können. Eine Affinität zu Musik ist willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung.

What does music have to do with leadership?

Sehr viel. Musik ist non-verbale Kommunikation in Reinform – sie trainiert Präsenz, Intuition und echtes Zuhören, ganz ohne Worte. Auf der Bühne lernt man, Emotionen nicht nur zu steuern, sondern sie wirklich zu fühlen, da sein zu lassen – ja, sogar zu expandieren. Denn Musik ist eine direkte Brücke zu unserem limbischen System: Sie berührt, sie bewegt, und genau darin liegt ihre Kraft, Schutzmauern und Masken einzureißen. So entsteht echte Verbindung. Ich nutze meine Erfahrung als Opernsängerin, um genau diese Qualitäten für Führungskräfte erlebbar zu machen.

Ist der Ansatz wissenschaftlich fundiert?

Ja. Leadership Heartset ist inspiriert von Erkenntnissen aus Neurowissenschaft, Organisationspsychologie und der Forschung zu emotionaler Intelligenz. Besonders die Beziehungsforschung zeigt: Die Qualität der Verbindung zwischen Menschen wirkt stärker als jede einzelne Technik oder Methode. Ich verbinde meine psychologische Ausbildung und zertifizierte Coaching-Qualifikation mit langjähriger Praxiserfahrung aus zahlreichen Coachings und Trainings.
